Returns and exchanges

We hope you love your Mrs Meshugga purchase.  However, if you find that you must return it, please email us at lisa@mrsmeshugga.com to receive instructions on how to return within 10 days of receiving your item. Your item must be returned to us at your cost. All merchandise must be in its original condition and in its original packaging. Once we receive your item we will issue you a credit, exclusive of the mailing costs.

If you would like to exchange your item, please email us at lisa@mrsmeshugga.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase, and we will be happy to work with you to coordinate an exchange.  We do want to make sure that you are happy with your Mrs. Meshugga purchases

Custom orders and personalized merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.

Due to hygienic reasons face masks are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please do let us know why you would like to return or exchange your purchase. It helps us with future product development.
